Under the Private Equity practice, and out of DIFC, we are the principal shareholder of various companies that fall under specific sectors representing our strategic expansion focus.

Within our Investment Banking practice that is based of Cairo, we provide various financial advisory services supporting different aimed transactions such as capital raise through debt or equity, mergers and acquisitions, and complete buyouts. We manage the transactions from deal structuring to corresponding term sheets and leading to deal closures.
Fundraising desk has a network of 1,100+ contacts in 850+ institutions in the region and globally, aiming at providing our clients with the most relevant sources of capital and managing the capital raise process.
We are keen to keep our team and our investors, well informed about the economic landscape and the different market dynamics. We implement this through the consistent issuance of research reports in various topics covering the MENA region specifically.

Omar El-Shenety is the founder and managing director of Multiples Group; a Dubai based boutique investment bank with private equity and investment banking practices, focusing on the MENA region. El-Shenety also sits on the board of directors of several regional companies as an independent board member.
El-Shenety has also been the founder of Quick-Wins Strategic Advisory, a Dubai based strategy consulting firm offering strategic advisory for major groups and companies across the MENA region.
Before that, El-Shenety has worked as a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a financial analyst at Henkel.
Academically, El-Shenety holds a Global Executive MBA in Strategy and Finance from Columbia Business School and London Business School. Besides, El-Shenety holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo with a minor in Business.
El-Shenety has been working extensively on analyzing the key economic issues facing the Middle East region with focus on Egypt, trying to analyze economic issues and offering insights.
